
Co-founding V Magazine in 1999 with Stephen Gan, Greg Foley and Alix Browne, we channeled a high-concept fashion-insider status into a fast-paced bi-monthly publication. Where Visionaire was a marathon, V Magazine was a sprint—translating couture sensibility into a ready-to-wear, commercially successful platform. Leveraging our established reputation, our team produced a high volume of stories and shoots while keeping an editorial edge. Collaborating closely with brilliant Art Director Greg, we crafted a bold visual direction that defined each issue. As the magazine matured, Managing Editor Huw Gwyther brought crucial structure to our process. Pushing creative and production boundaries—like integrating the Chanel C’s into the texture of a foil-stamped cover—V Magazine captured the pulse of contemporary fashion and stood out on newsstands.
