Before joining SJR, our team was supporting Spotify’s PR—a growing, influential brand known for its aesthetic clarity. As Chief Creative Officer, my goal was to deliver creative work quickly without sacrificing beauty or effectiveness. Shortly after I joined, we launched For The Record, Spotify’s outward-facing newsroom, conceived, designed, developed by SJR. This initiative built trust with the brand and, in 2023, earned a Webby for Wrapped coverage. That same year, we won a Gold medal from the Content Marketing Award, while reaching 9.6 million users with 14.5 million page-views. Building on that success, we developed Loud & Clear, an issue-based site featuring dynamic 3D animation, illustration, and interactive content.
