After years in the beauty industry, I launched Saint New York to put a new spin on men’s grooming. As the father of teen boys, I recognized the need for high-quality products that speak to modern masculinity while capturing an exciting but shifting aesthetic voice. Our debut product, a deodorant introduced in fall 2019, featured graphic packaging with a silicon friction-fit base and bold branding. The brand captured attention early on, including from retailer Dover Street Parfum Market in Paris. We also formed an early partnership with NBA champion and recent Olympic gold medal winner Jrue Holiday. Despite Covid challenges, we expanded the line to include face cream and body wash.
