
Fresh off winning another L Catterton client Strivectin, we were tasked by new CEO Robert Hanson with refocusing John Hardy—a storied jewelry brand rooted in Bali's rich heritage. The challenge was to re-center the brand around its core product lines, highlighting its four distinctive franchises—Chain, Dot, Bamboo, and Legend—each showcasing unique craftsmanship techniques. Armed with a robust offering spanning campaign, print, digital, and paid social, we set out to reset the brand and return to its essentials. Embracing Bali as the heart of the brand, we captured the island’s spirit—its shapes, textures, and raw inspiration—in campaigns shot with photographer Cass Bird. We refreshed the logo and packaging design to create a comprehensive, unified view that honored the brand’s heritage while positioning it clearly in the luxury space.
