My time at Ogilvy marked my first experience in a big agency environment. Initially brought in to elevate Avon’s aesthetics across skincare, color cosmetics, and fragrance, I was soon promoted to lead the account. I directed a 15-person team of creative directors, art directors, designers, and copywriters. Twice-weekly client meetings ensured a constant rhythm of presenting concepts and refining work. While campaigns were developed with a global vision, execution demanded understanding of key regional markets, particularly Russia and Brazil. I raised the creative bar by bringing in visionary talents such as Jonas Åkerlund, Stéphane Sednaoui, and Nick Knight, ensuring a sharper, elevated visual identity. The true highlight was collaborating directly with iconic leaders Andrea Jung and Shelly Lazarus on a pivotal brand campaign that truly resonated.
